The Board oversees and participates in a culture of innovation and development in order to delight our customers.  By providing the teams within 21st Century with clear, deliverable goals and the tools with which to complete the job, the Company management aims to create a culture where the needs of the customer are paramount.

Individual team members are encouraged to enhance their skills through external courses and internal, mentored development in order to deliver an ever-growing range of solutions and capabilities for our broad range of customers.  Team work is encouraged with external activities, such as charity fundraising and other company events.

Safety and wellbeing

We are committed to ensuring the health, safety and welfare of our employees, contractors, visitors and members of the public who may be affected by our activities, in accordance with our Health and Safety Policy and the principles of OHAS 18001.

Security of data

Where required, we use external ISO 27001 Data Management Centres and we are working towards our own ISO 27001 certification. We currently have in place a stringent Data Protection Policy that relates to the obtaining, handling, processing, storage, transportation and destruction of personal and private information.

Sustainability

We continuously review the long-term impacts of our technology and operating methods in accordance with our Sustainability, Environmental and Waste Management Policies and the principles of ISO 14001.
