21st Century saw a record number of visitors to its stand at Euro Bus Expo due to two exciting new product launches.
Paul Rogers, Director of Sales and Marketing for 21st Century Technology Solutions, comments: “I would like to thank all the visitors to our stand, including former Transport Minister Steven Norris who spent some time discussing the benefits of our fuel saving device EcoManager.”
At the NEC Show, 21st Century launched an enhancement to the company’s award-winning EcoManager. An enhanced Integrated Safety Device (ISD) now includes the new Passenger Comfort Indicator (PCI) and adds to the existing benefits of lower fuel consumption and associated running costs.
EcoManager is fitted to thousands of buses across Europe and has proven to save an average of 12% on fuel, which is sustained in the long term because of continued monitoring. The system has also reduced accidents, improved passenger safety and reduced overall running costs through lower wear and tear and because the vehicle is using less fuel it is also emitting 12% less CO2.
The second new product launch which attracted a record number of visitors to the 21st Century stand was ‘plug-and-play’ CCTV. Each high spec and low cost ‘plug-and-play kit’ is supplied with a digital recorder, cameras and everything necessary for an easy install. It can be assembled straight from the box, installed and operational within a matter of minutes.
Paul Rogers concludes: “This year’s Euro Bus Expo was our most successful yet. There was incredible interest in our ‘plug-and-play’ CCTV, particularly because of the high quality and easy install. EcoManager stands alone with the highest proven fuel saving and there was a huge amount of interest from bus operators and VIP visitors. The new Passenger Comfort Indicator further enhances a superb product.”
